Questions about billing

Do I need to replace my ERP or accounting system?

No. Grabb connects to the systems you already use and turns their transactional data into prioritized actions and workflows.

Is Grabb priced per user?

Grabb is designed around the value created across your commercial operation rather than forcing every capability into a traditional seat model. Some future modules may include usage or account-based pricing.

What is a successfully processed order?

An order is billable when Grabb successfully processes it according to the configured workflow. Failed or rejected orders should not be counted as successful processed orders.

Can I start with only one capability?

Yes. The pricing model should encourage customers to start with the problem creating the most value and add capabilities over time.

What systems does Grabb connect to?

Grabb integrates with QuickBooks, Shopify, Sage, Xero, Zoho, Salesforce, Amazon, and your ERP or ecommerce stack.

Are there implementation fees?

Contact us for current implementation and onboarding details.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Contact us for annual pricing options.

What happens as our order volume grows?

Usage scales with successful work completed. As your order volume grows, automation charges grow only when Grabb successfully processes more orders. Volume tiers can be configured as your operation scales.
